- Basic warm up
- Sit-up
- Frog jumping- It's not like the one which we used to do. First, you squat down with two hands on the ground. On the count of three, you hop into the air and return to the original position.
- Star-clapping
- Side-roll- We're on the field and he made us roll on the grass from left to right and vice-versa. Our hands got very itchy and some even had allergy. I had both and it's still itchy. Scratches were all over my hands. Cos of that, the camp commander gave us two hours to rest.
- Crawling- Chairs were tied with raffia string and were made into five lanes. What you had to do was to crawl under that without lifting your body. Put all your body weight on the grass and crawl. With that, I had more scratches.
- Traffic- Each group had to send one representative for each round. You needed to watch the hand signal given by the game master. When she raised her hand up, it meant red light aka stop. When she raised her hands straight, it meant yellow (prepare to stop). Meanwhile, you had to go to the center and put water into balloons. Blow them when it's filled with a bit of water. When you move during red light, the balloons would have to be given back to the game master.
- Attack or Defend- You had to turn five rounds with your hand on the ground. When you're done, make your way to the center where three buckets were placed. Since there's five teams participating each time, so the fastest three would get to play. On the count of three, lift the bucket up. There's a plate, a glass, and a spoon. There's either the glass or plate with water. You can attack either two with the water and get points for your team.
- Sponge- Make a straight line, well spaced out among the members. The first person had to race to the bucket of water with a sponge in hand. Then, make his/her way back to her group and pass the sponge. When it reached the last member, he/she had to squeeze out the water and run to the starting line where the bucket of water was. Run back with the sponge and passed it to the first member.
Later that night, we had Backwoodsman Cooking. It's where you has to cook for lots of people. You set up your own fire, cook your own food, wash your own plates and etc. We're given one hour to complete the task or else no food for us cos that's our dinner, more to supper. By the time we finished, it's already 8.30 pm.
We proceeded to BSM History and IHL course conducted by Mr Daniel, our chairman. After that, we made our way to canteen and ate what we cooked just now. The chicken were re-fried by the AJKs cos they're scared we'll have diarrhea. Then, lights were off.
