Viv's cho loh and I'm not?

We went into closing windows in the prefects' room just moments ago. One of them was really hard to be closed. So, Leonardo da Vivian drew the guidelines how to close the window. I did exactly what she said but still it was hard. Even Lai Zhu tried closing it. It took us around 6 minutes to actually close a miserable window. She said in order to open and close windows, YOU HAVE TO BE CHO LOH!
