Bad day

Today was not my day. Let me tell you my tale.

It started off with an assembly. I was late practically fifteen minutes as I had bus stop duty. Reaching the sick bay, I heard Mdm. Lim singing the national anthem, state anthem and school song through the microphone with the choir members. After that, we went for science class which was kind of fun. We had this experiment on fractional distillation on petroleum.

Later on, the tale began. During recess, unhappy incident happened. All probationary prefects were asked to stay back in the Beach Hall. Not to go into detail, some of them were chided by Sarah, Gita and especially Elaine. I know she's very upset with them and I felt sorry for what had happened yesterday. I think they learnt their lesson.

Got to know some marks after recess. They were quite good though. I must work more on my BM. During Moral lesson, I went over to sit with Jess, which I always do when it comes to Moral lessons. She was so sick. She complaint of having fever and headache. I asked her to rest and drink water (as what you could see in Saras' blog) but she refused. All she wanted was a good rest. It just got worst during Maths lesson.

After the lesson, she really had to go back. So, Huey Lin, Amanda and I accompanied her to make a phone call. And Pn. Tan being so nice, saying it's fine if we didn't fill in the book when we asked for the telephone pass. We waited for her dad to come over to fetch her home.

She fell asleep halfway through. It's an odd sight as teachers and students who passed ICT corner asked, "What happen to her?", "Is she ok?", "Her parents' coming?" and etc. We didn't enter the class for the two whole lessons till the school ended. But thank goodness, there wasn't any homework. So, her dad came over after 2.00pm. I went to and fro to have a look whether her dad was here. Finally, they were here. Her mom had no idea that she's sick.

So, hope that she get well soon. I don't want to miss a day without her presence. She's a nice and caring friend.

After school, I took over Lee Sa's duty as she replaced mine for the first shift. I waiting for her parents out the gate so couldn't make it on time for my duty. So, duty's over and this meant that I could have my own time. Did some Moral exercise given by my teacher.

*Shu Yao is such a little devil.* She took off my tag, AGAIN. So I didn't bother to get it back from her. I went to library to borrow some novels or more to like reference books. We were told that there's one Geography paper on the 13th August set by JPN. Have and need to study more often. While signing in, The librarian noticed me having no tags. So she kindly told me I wasn't allowed to the library. Anyway, it's a funny incident I must admit.
